JS, did I hear this correctly...only 3 years actual prison time??! I can't believe it if that's all the time he will actually serve behind bars! Having community supervision be consecutive is good news, I guess. But that's a far cry from genuine justice when *HE* has subjected Gabby to a life sentence of trauma! I'm so nauseas right now. Please tell me if I missed something and this outcome isn't as horribly unjust as I think it is.

This was a great docket! I could hear the chuckle in Judge Boyd's voice when she was asking if the defendant got to go on the cruise or if he was removed and if he paid for the cruise😅

At the risk of being repetitive..the female defense attorney is a b$tch! I realize she has a job to do but she doesn't need to be so vile in order to do it. I believe the State met their burden. The prosecutor delivered an excellent summation. I'm hoping the jury comes back with a guilty verdict on all four counts. I haven't seen this case on any other channels. It's imperative that we spread awareness. It's important that there is transparency in our court system as to how these sensitive cases are handled on behalf of vulnerable and helpless children. Thank you for the courage in publishing this case especially for those reasons💞

Thank you. I recorded a long one in April but the ending was bad so i didnt think people would be happy with it. Im still considering posting. I just posted the verdict on this one. I hope you saw it. It came really late in the day so editing and uploading took a while. I did not like the defense attorney’s tone at all. She put me in a bad mood! I usually hear these 3 times before it goes live so she was on my last nerve by then lol. The custody child support video i posted today, omg, the female attorney was literally yelling. I understand that an attorney is required to strenuously represent her client and that often requires asking tough questions and thorough knowledge of the facts. This lady is just being a jerk and I don’t think the judge is impressed. He looks a little put off.

I'm not sure mom's testimony helped the case. There were a few times when the defense made her appear disingenuous. I really liked the last detective. She definitely held her own. I'm anxious to hear the verdict.

Yes, the “do not remember or recall” wasn’t helping. I can understand why she felt attacked, but she needs to remain calm and polite for her daughter’s sake

I'm raising grandchildren so I don't usually have the opportunity to catch a 'Live' I was a little late to this one. This offender is diabolical! She didn't "know there were other choices out there"?? How about being a real mother rather than a pi$$ poor excuse of a human being? She lacks any maternal instincts, whatsoever! I'm incredibly grateful the DA showed up to speak in opposition. His words were powerful. Thank you for sharing this one with us. It's important that we know how the parole process functions. Thank god in heaven, they got this one right.

Totally agree. Her excuses and denials did not ring true. I can’t understand those types of decisions. When she didnt start crying when he passed away son was mentioned or that the 2nd son is missing, i realized she is cold and uncaring still. The foster mom and DA showed more emotions.

I do believe in God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit; but I don’t believe in the other garbage of made up prophets and other BS. I don’t believe in churches becoming profit machines on the backs of believers. Guilty people out of their last dollar to build themselves mansions and rich lifestyles is not what tithing is supposed to be. I don’t feel God would ask us to do bad things. Were you following the Jodi hildebrandt and ruby Franke cases too? The stuff this particular religion is making up for themselves is unreal. Omgosh we can literally hear the anguish in Samantha's voice! Her pain is palpable. The tone in which she fiercely & forcefully defends her sister is commendable. I'm praying that having this opportunity to speak up and speak out gives her some small semblance of peace that she has been deprived of for so many years..and deserves so very much.
