I thought the movie was amazing. It did not drag at all. Frankly I would have loved to see how the ghost couple from first movie found a loophole to move on. I loved the death of Lydia's father explained and his running around like a chicken without a head. They kept to character of step mother who in the first movie said her art will kill her and of corse it did. The 2 manged to rejoin one another in afterlife Everything g was easy to follow. ROY was a toxic ah I want Lydia to dump. It was clear to me that the boy in tree was bad news the moment I saw the tree house and old thing he had but most of all the intro to parents. Beetlejuice reminded me of Jarad from Labrynth. Movie leaves things just so that if pursed Delorse and Roy could be villians in a cartoon/ series / movie Beetle juice and Lydia can have a 3rd encounter Lydia and daughter can become a living ghost hunters with their seeing g the dead bit.

Well I just learnt something new as I genuinely never knew Oreo's were vegan!!!

At some point I would love to have a longer conversation with both of you about Talk to me because it’s a very interesting film. I think as well that you two naturally have such a great rapport that you could do something really amazing with a horror podcast. I feel like you could do with some kind of a format that will make it more than just the two of you sharing your thoughts and opinions though as it’ll set you apart from other horror content creators.

Brilliant list Alex! I’ve only seen Oculus the once but I absolutely LOVED it and I don’t understand why it’s not talked about more. It’s that kind of reality warping film that was the reason why I wanted to get into horror so much!
