If you are frying your chips a second time before serving don't season them before this. Just season a few to much while you cook.

I haven't seen a video a people frying chicken breast. I've only seen people fry small pieces of chicken like tenders. I just ordered one of these fryers and I'm wondering if I'm even able to fried chicken breasts,? If someone could reply, thank you.

You don't add kosher salt to fries. You use popcorn salt. I understand "David's" salt is a Jewish backed salt, so if you use it because of religious beliefs I understand. Also, you might want to add the salt right when they come out of the fryer. The double fry method is the ONLY way to cook fries at home!
