Is five reasons why wouldn’t it get one? Way more expensive. Completely impractical don’t have the license. Need a more powerful engine, which means less economical Don’t need one that much space

Much cheaper than an equivalent motorhome, you have a proper vehicle to drive away in. You can tow on a full UK licence as our units are less than 3500kg. The government removed the need for additional tests a couple of years ago

didnt know vw made trucks. doesnt really look big enough to comfortably haul that rig. Anyway, the best reason to buy a 5th wheel is because they tow better, are more stable and safer.

Sorry to say the description way of unhitching is a little more complicate. You first have to find the right hight between car and trailer otherwise you can't unlock the lockhandle on the car 😉

True. But it’s an art you’ll perfect over time. I’m a HGV tech, and the procedure is similar to uncoupling a trailer from a tractor unit.

I wish these would be produced for the USA superior quality. To the other comment you can get a lifted special suspension to navigate a rougher road or “lane”

I would like that shower room layout in a Rambler . With the bed a standard double set a little way over to accomadate a wardrobe.

i think its better if the kitchen are in the front not on the side and the tv on the side - but only my opinion

What is the point of a SMALL fifth wheel? For a fraction of this total cost, you could buy a large twin axle caravan - like a Coachman, for example - with as much luxury and as much room.....and you don't have to spend your holiday, driving around in a tow truck. The large American units are a different matter - but they have the massive problem of where and how to dump the 45 gallons of toilet waste.
