I've been listening to this almost every night for a couple years now. I don't think there's a piece of ambient music that has touched my heart on the level this has. It sort of means everything to me. It instantly transports me to an emotional place I never get tired of. It's my happy place. Streaked with rain and light and warmth and nostalgia. This is where I want to go when I die. This is what I want my inner world to feel like. I can feel every step I've taken in my life to get where I am when I hear this. I met my wife this year and we bonded over this piece of ambience, I played it for her as she felt asleep. She knew it was my happy place without me even needing to tell her and she was able to share in that happiness. I'm so happy to be alive. I'm happy to exist. I'm drifting off to sleep now. I love everyone that reads this. May your dreams be awash with a gentle glowing peace that shimmers like the lights of a city in the rain through a bus window. May you find a beauty that makes your everyday life magical. I love you. Goodnight.
