I went to the Manx last year 2024. We did two weeks but luckily had a couple of local acquaintances who took us around. We wouldn’t have seen half of the island or visited multiple race viewing spots without them. Have to say that the mini mountain is a great ride as is the road to the calf of man. Lovely video and has made me want to go in 2025

The gas bottle is hazardous to the ship and puts the passengers in danger in case of a fire on the car deck. Abide by the rules for passenger safety on the fastcraft 👍

yea I understand the rules are the rules but I order them from amazon and they turn up in a normal box without any issues. plus lots of camper vans with large gas bottles and some EVs on the boat

I’m 63 and have been riding since 11 years of age. My GSA ASA arrives next week. You need to open your mind to ASA. It’s 3 gearboxes in one you just need to learn how to use it. How often do you use a clutch in reality …. Junctions , tight turns and a lot of people drop their bikes because of mistakes feathering the clutch. As you say the manual mode is way better than the 1250 shift assist which I had. Try the bike a second time and you’ll find your brain has trained to it a little more 👍

It basically slows down when a car is in front and speeds back up when there's a free road. As long you overtake with plenty of space, it's fine

Honestly, if you're gonna ride a tank so you can take half your house with you, then just travel in a car, it's easier more comfortable and you will never drop it...

Was tempted to be honest but still got my KTM on pcp so don’t want to stretch myself to much. I did have a insurance quote on meerkat, only 1 would insure me for £1300, that’s way more than I pay for my 4 bikes 😖
