Your voice is soothing wow. Ty for this. My question is why does my soup come out to thick n don't taste like the one I buy the restaurant? Lol What are the main aromatics?

Nice recipe, however I have one tiny criticism....you don't season your protein well and at the end your protein will be bland and not absorb the flavors well...

Keep the seasoning simple. I like garlic, ginger, rosemary, basil, and Maggie Cube/season salt/ sea salt.

I'm a Nigerian and I love this, I'm cooking it right now
Is it really 280° Celsius? I don't think my oven goes that high. Or is it 280° Fahrenheit? 🤔🌡 (Which would be 140°C)

Akosua you're indeed a super woman. I love how you train your boy. I follow you on Facebook and I found you here on KZbin too. God richly bless you for being one of those mom's who doesn't want to tow the African perception way.
