Starters house which has a finished basement and the kitchen is a decent size but could be redone later and the third floor is low and has no bathroom could be used for a gym and storage

It's a beautiful house but needs alot of updating and a kitchen demo. The forest hills board is particular and they must approve all changes, taking down a wall, exterior color etc. Alot of old wallpaper and bathroom fixtures, but alot of potential

I live in forest hills in a studio apt and when I go to trader Joe's or stop and shop I wa.k thru the gardens. Gorgeous area and I appreciate getting this inside tour as I always admire the outside. This is a great house
