Early in my career I was on I64 in Charleston, WV empty doing 70 in a light rain one night when the trailercame around on my left side. I cranked the wheel back the other way, trailer swong around the other way then I cranked that wheel back until the trailer finally settled down behind me. No other vehicle around and no damage to the truck. On a scale of 1to10, I would say that experience was a it was a solid 8. 😬

I felt naked without having a radio to keep me informed and had another one within 24 hours.. And there's people can go years without one? Just blows my mind

Prime does have some extremely competent professional drivers . On the other hand I've seen drivers like this with Prime that give the company a bad name. This is common with all major carriers. Then need meat in the seat and often times get some rotten disgusting meat.

Both flashing tail lights and one guy got into an argument with her at a fruck stop when his nose came across the front of the vehicle she jumped to the driver seat and started chewing him out. The driver yelled at her I DID NOT HIT YOUR TRUCK! I was in the sleeper. If he did it was a graze.

I was parked in a stall at a truckstop and asleep in the bunk when truck kept shaking. I was driving a COE for Gra - Bell out of Holland, Mi. Getting out of my bunk I saw it was a JB Hunt driver trying to back into the stall to my left. He pulled forward and backed up 3,4 times hitting my truck even though I was on the CB telling him he was hitting me. So he pulls away, parks and we go inside to report to our companies. What happened? Gra - Bell put it on my DAC as an at fault accident.

Pertaining to GPS. You wouldn't imagine how many times in cities I have pulled breaks and said let me look. For navigation I love them but GPS has no brain cells. It's a computer. Dont trust them.

That one red semi with the garbage inside reminds me of back in the cabover days. Whenever a semi mechanic begins to work on a cabover, all of the driver's lose stuff inside of the cab falls forward & sometimes break the windshield too.
