Please explain more on transmission setup brother? I'm in the middle of a build with a 4.8 and nv3500 and hoping it works out lol its super close to being done in a dodge dakota lol

Hey Robert, it’s not a racing transmission by any means. It will go through the gears, just not super fast. You can still have fun with it though. I went through two stock ones when I started making decent power 6-700HP, then I switched a built 80e. Good luck with the Dakota!

I finally finished my black 03 single cab Sierra in may, i sold my turbo small tire 99 z28 as roller in January to finish it before January it basically sat in my buddy's shop for almost 3 years as roller the first thing I done was throw calvert leafsprings and caltrac bars strange double adjustables and filled the factory rear end housing With basically all Strange Engineering parts 4.10 gear i even kept it 6 lug out back dropped the rear 4" and the front 2" with strange single adjustables ( I really like strange Engineering stuff lol) and a 5 lug conversion bought some used black 17" weld alumastars and spent alot on some 6 lug weld RTS beadlock s77's 15x11's. I had a ls2 block so i half filled it and put a 403 together with TSP crank and rods D.S.S fx pistons a off the shelf LJMS cam morel lifters comp pushrods btr springs and a trunion kit and some touched up LSA heads a little over 11 to 1 compression stock ls3 intake Bosch 210s 92mm n.w cable TB with Holley efi hp ECU Huron speed single t6 kit with a gt5591 th400 ptc converter from Dusty Bradford. The first time at the track last month it went 6.87 @ 109mph carrying the driver side front 6" past the 60ft. I took it to my local chassis shop and they fabbed up two chrome moly x braces a weld in under the bed and a bolt in setup under the cab and a anti-roll bar setup, 2nd time at the track it ends up goin down straight as a arrow on then in the same tune with the boost ramp a little shorter and maybe another pound of boost it went 6.27 @ 116mph I was gonna make the rano shorter and make another pass but wasn't able to then 2 weeks ago today i was whuppin up on a hellcat and badass gt350 the the old gt5591 decided to stop identifying as a boost maker so I sent it to jose at forced Inductions to get rebuilt and there billet wheel after buying the turbo and having them Rebuild it I could have bought a new gtx5594 that i wanted HOPEFULLY ups will deliver my turbo monday or Tuesday so i can get out and beat on the truck
