Nice video. Have you taken it out to sea? How do you rate it in terms of stability?

Thanks for sharing. That really did help. I am researching to buy my first kayak, & looking for something light (I can manage by myself). Also, what a great storage idea... hadn't thought of that while looking at all of these. You're right, they can charge an arm & a leg for these SOT Kayaks. Cheers & atb Subbed you too.

I bought one second 3 years ago. I use it at Wynnum/Manly in the bay and also have used it to set red claw traps in Somerset and Wivenhoe. I use a milk crate in the back of the kayak secured with bungey straps. Stability wise, it's great, trying to fight waves going against you is a b!tch. The bottom of the kayak is made for stability and not to cut through choppy water due to it's flatness unlike the 'V' shaped hull of the Ocean Kayak and other names brand kayaks. Great for mild conditions!!

To the best of my knowledge with all sharks and rays the bag limit is 1 provided they're not on the 'no take' list but unlike most fish that have a minimum size limit sharks and rays have a maximum size limit of 150cm. I believe the no take sharks are Grey Nurse Sharks, Sawfish, Speartooth Sharks and Great White Sharks. This information may not be 100% correct because this species guide I have is a couple of years old.

listen mate botttom line no amount of stock of carp can majorly fuck up a river system so your point is invalid go sit in a corner and think about what uve done
@MrKayakFisho12 жыл бұрын
In Australia, enormous anecdotal and mounting scientific evidence indicates introduced carp are the cause of permanent turbidity and loss of submergent vegetation in the Murray-Darling river system, with severe consequences for river ecosystems, water quality and native fish species. As in Australia, their introduction has been shown to have negative environmental consequences and they are usually considered to be invasive species." They have the environmental impacts of locusts! PESTS!
