So apparently the cheese witch Charlotte was like 6 when she became a magical girl and was too immature and underdeveloped mentally to comprehend her wish. She wished for a cheesecake to share with her dying mother because her mother loved Cheesecake. But when she later realized she could have simply wished for her mother not to be sick she immediately turned into a witch.

she didnt wish for the cheesecake for her mother. She wasted her wish cuz she wanted her mother to di3 from regret that she never loved her daughter. She also didnt became a witch because of her mother's d3ath since she choose the cheesecake over her-she probably di3d cuz she wasnt really strong

I think Elsa Maria(the witch Sayaka fought in the episode where this song plays) would be more fitting as the singer here I mean, the instrumental and lyrics very much compliment the visual of this witch: black-and-white with with Christianinty motives is her design. Seems rather fitting, and almost mocking Sayaka, who is, well, a very idealistic person who's view of the world and psyche is being shattered this very moment

@@vanichan7978 the fact that Kyoko is the only one to make a selfless wish of the quintet and it turns out the worst of them is probably the most beautifully tragic part. Mami was desperate, Sayaka wanted the love of someone who would never give it, Homura wanted someone whose martyr complex is so attrocious that it requires literally destroying free will to fulfill her wish, and Madoka barring The Wish wishes for something ephemeral. Kyoko wished for just what her father needed, that people would give him the time of day.
