Thank you for uploading this documentary. My National History Day project, this year's theme being Rights and Responsibilities, is Andrei Sakharov and his book Progress, Peaceful Coexistence, and Intellectual Freedom. At first, it was simply Human Rights in the USSR, but as I narrowed the topic, it was obvious who rose the most fire. For the project, I have to make a documentary of sorts, and this helps tremendously with how I should format it. I never realized how passionate I would get over this great man, but he is someone I will never forget and always look up to. His underappreciation here in the US is staggeringly outrageous. I hope with my project, that I will also produce in other media by myself, will draw more recognition to this great being that had the mind and ability to make a planet-destroying bomb, but instead vied for humanity's coexistence, freedom, love, and peace. My favorite quote from him, one that I will live by: "I support the cosmological hypothesis which states that the development of the universe is repeated in its basic features an infinite number of times. In accordance with this, other civilizations, including more "successful" ones, should exist an infinite number of times on the "preceding" and the "following" pages of the Book of the Universe.
