I am embarrassingly ignorant and I do not understand 99% of what it is you want me to do. No idea what an ISO is. I am seeking help in how to customize settings in Windows (adding "refresh" to the default menu, how to speed up my computer without software etc.

Don’t worry, we all start somewhere! An ISO is basically a digital copy of a disc that you can use to install Windows. If you're looking to customize your settings, I recommend checking out the next videos on my channel where I cover tips like adding 'refresh' to the default menu and ways to speed up your computer without extra software. Which Windows 11 build is this? Microsoft has a chicken out policy now that if Windows 11 is not installed on supported hardware it will not receive updates.

Thanks for a great video. I have a Dell 3rd or 4th gen pc. My question is, Do i leave my files like docs and pics on the pc? Is this an upgrade that will save them or should I copy them somewhere and load them after upgrading?. Also, will I get win 11 updates? Thanks for your help.

You are welcome. If you wish to upgrade, you can certainly do so. However, please ensure you follow the instructions carefully to avoid any loss of files or apps. I have another video that demonstrates a complete upgrade process while keeping your files and installed apps intact.
