Democracy (called 'organized irresponsibility' by a great Austrian statesman) and 'leaders' compromising, making deals under the table, and taking bribes leads to mediocrity or worse (and by 'worse', I mean the moral, spiritual, and physical degradation of society and, eventually, the collapse of that society). That's what people need to learn about this useless political system. We need real leaders (the best of the best) who will not compromise or take bribes. Only with such leaders can a nation thrive and achieve greatness.

I started reading Dragonbone Chair because it is so highly lauded, but I put it down on page 319 because it was just so slow... What can you guys tell me about how the story progresses, should I give it another go? Will it pick up soon?

I like this , thx for the effort of presenting DSA in english. Is there a chance, to make a shadowrun vid in english too? You seem to have, 2 perfect players for that. Cause there are very few shadowrun pen&paper rounds vids, in your normal quality (sound and camera) online.

I think for the english speaking viewers, DSA will never be as interesting. Since D&D (for fantasy rpg) is the main thing in the states. And DSA is not known. But shadowrun is quite well known, since it´s an rpg from the states too. And it´s cyberpunk, so no rival to your fantasy rpg´s. So maybe trying that out, would bring you more viewers in your english side channel.

Been lovin FromSoftware (you can check my channel and for some reason "Funeral Pyres" from W3GoTY with both expansions in 2017 won't upload) so you can't imagine how thrilled I am for Elden Ring. Here's hoping CDPR's CPunk in September will be awesome too....my backlog is gigantic though prob cause I spend a lot of time reading GRRM, Erickson, and currently "The Last Wish" by Sapkowski.

I'm sure he's read the Witcher books. I doubt he's played the game. The game is fan fic and has little to do with the actual story as it takes place after the books if I recall correctly. If his friend Sapkowski didn't like the story and writing for the games, which he didn't, I doubt Martin would either. As far as video games, Martin said he quit playing video games a long time ago because they are addictive and he'd waste so much time on them.
