You can play it on pc and android using emulators

Using scroll called masterunderstanding you can always sk even infront of the enemy, or you can use invisible shadow scroll.. work like a charm

the Item: (Master's Understanding) allows you to stealth kill even when you're detected.

Dude.. it's a glitch. Do any of his sword attacks around any edge, and his sword will be unsheathed. Also there are no special moves when he does this, and to sheath his sword, simply do a sword attack.

@@ModernNinja Nope. I understand the glitches. The same buttons that Rilimaru has assigned to re-sheathe his sword, double-tapping the O/“circle” button, and he re-sheathed the sword while it was unsheathed and he was stood in a ready sword fighting stance with the sword out. I literally watched my brother controlling him doing one slash after the other & then when he stood still I quickly grabbed the controller off of him, paused for a second, and then double-tapped “circle”, at which point he sheathed the sword back into it’s scabbard & stood back into a relaxed upright pose. It wasn’t near any walls either. He was in an open area with one of the sail poles in-front of him a few meters away. The reason I composed myself after snatching the controller off of him was for this very reason-to ensure there existed a “re-sheathing” animation which would be executed, placing the sword back into the scabbard. If it was a glitch, and the sword wasn’t really equipped, then (“surely”, I thought) there wouldn’t be any re-sheathing animation. He would simply spasm between two rapid blocking animations, but no-lo and behold, he initiated a re-sheathing animation. Period.

@@ModernNinja I’ve come across *nobody* online anywhere on the entire internet that is aware of this. Even on the Tenchu Checkpoint fan-site where devoted fans would talk and share artwork years and years after the last game in the franchise, etc. The developers clearly hid the fact that this even exists and kept it amongst themselves so as to be the only ones able to experience the fun of playing as Tatsumaru with his sword fully usable. I even sent an email to Activision at around 13 years old telling them that I know they’re keeping it secret and begged them to tell me-obviously in a very obnoxious and childish manner, not surprisingly receiving no response lol! I can still remember it perfectly clear & it’s really surprising to me that coders and the likes haven’t delved into the game’s files and unlocked the secrets of it yet… I know nothing about games software or coding myself but I imagine it would be a piece of cake for many into gaming nowadays👍🏻
