It’s always good to save room for the books that bring you joy and those that don’t should be going to another home 😊thanks for sharing your thoughts and I also can’t really stand books with so many pages it does tend to get overwhelming

I am also lactose intolerant as well. I am a slow to medium paced reader. I am just now getting back into my reading after taking a break from reading due to multiple reading slumps and life of course. I haven’t pulled a reading all nighter in so long. That’s a great thing that you are emotionally invested in your books that means you are really loving it 😊

@ at the moment I am reading Fish Out Of Water by Katie Ruggle. I just got it in the mail this morning so I have started reading some of it. This is my first book that is getting me back in the reading world and it feels so good. I was an avid reader since 2015 and I stopped reading in 2020 then started back up after a few months until 2021 then stopped again to now.

I love the books abd the movies. I was first introduced to HP in 2005 when I was in my 40's so you're never too old. I have the other illustrated books not the Mina Lima ones. Unfortunately the last 2 may be awhile in coming out because they have to find a new illustrator because Jim Kay stepped away from the project.

Jim Kay didnt do the Mina Lima books, he had his own illustrated version that he said he wasnt able to finish. i do believe the Mina Lima version is canceled but idk why.
