The only main difference is that M3 comes with an extendable arm but M4 is a fixed position one. M4 suited better as per my requirement and it is also a bit sturdier than M3. But you wont go wrong with any of these.

Hi. You just have to keep the power button pressed for a few seconds until the watch reboots itself and display comes back on. For a permanent solution of this issue you can refer to my new video: kzbin.infoTibEc0ThIZ0

In that case try changing the Screen off watch face setting from Smart mode to Scheduled and set a preferred timeframe. Then this issue wont happen anymore. Hope this helps.

Yes. This was Airtel 5G. I have got lot better results with Jio 5G. But its true that none of the 5g network currently offers consistent 5g speeds.
