For the keto diet, on bike camping trips. I buy a bag of the small bell peppers, some cheese, and some of these sardines, or anchovies. Just stuff the little peppers with the other stuff. No cooking. Super nutrition. Keeps on a bike tour. And very satisfying. If you eat enough.

KO are the best supermarket brand. Not expensive.

I like the cans where you need to open with the key better. I have co workers that steal my sardines. all i have to do is take the key off and put it on my key ring.

Im eating Mediterranean bristling KO Right now with cheese, crackers, and various Mexican hot sauces. So good. This is easily the best brand of canned fish that you can find at any regular grocery store in America.

Just got my first can yesterday and loved them! I put them on crackers and poured hot sauce on them.

The healthy option is the Korean mackerel. Usually sardines are good but it appears the Canadians have damaged their population as well. It’s especially hateful because sardines are especially designed by nature to be plentiful and healthy foods. They are Venus-Saturn. Best sources of energy and Omega 3 and protein the ocean can provide.

By the way, those who eat King Oscar brand fish, don’t eat kippers. They are corrupted species by the Canadians (styrofoam). Kippers as a fish need to faded out.
