I've looked at multiple videos and tried this with multiple different hero build layouts, always get whiped in HM. Can only do NM. Not sure if nerfed or not.

This is a pretty good guide but if U got steam edition of the game then U have to find the file by right clicking on the game. The guide works great 👌🏻

Before we had ST ritus, I used a truckload of mantra of frosts and a BHA acolyte jin to make this manageable... in normal mode. I do not miss those times.

Been trying my hand at this farm, but really struggling when groups spawn with either Ward of Weakness (way longer runs) or a Shield of Deflection (have to abandon these runs, they outheal the spikes easily), or a combination of both. Also having trouble balling them up (healer often runs off far away from the rest). I'm running your setup, except for Drunken Master (cannot afford the map pieces atm). How key is that skill to making this work? Do you have any other tips? I'm quite new so maybe there's just something I'm missing about Derv.

some tips: drunken master + alcohol provides the max 33% speed boost and attacking speed, this way you can force the mobs to rush to the same place (when you run past them) and you can spike them very easily (this usually only works in normal mode btw) in general derv is all about your character's movement and position + the monsters position compared to you in short: try to hit at least 3 enemies with your weapon to maximize the scythes' unique 3-mob hitting feature gl :)

@ Ah, I see. I wasn't aware of the fact that your movement speed is what's causing this. I tried to use "Harrier's Haste" as a replacement, because I thought the movement speed was to get to the enemies quickly to speed up the farm, but because this only lasts 6 seconds, I can see the problem with this strategy now (again, I don't have drunken master yet). But I have good news, I temporarily used a bonder monk hero as "training wheels" while I learned the farm and it actually dropped in an incredibly lucky 50 runs. I consider myself extremely lucky. Thanks for the guides!

just tried for an hour to do the mime, digging up all of the info I could find, there was 1 emote he does that does not appear in your tutorial that I cannot link to an emote in the wiki IT IS INFURIATING I have done this mission many times annd all of a sudden Lumo is throwing out some weird glitchy move and nothing works on it, has annoyed me so much I think I'll put the game down for another 12 years

yeah i remember some of his moves were not what you'd expect...this is the reason I hate this part as well if I'm not mistaken there is an extra event you can do for the bonus and completely skip the mime thing copy paste from wiki: "Bribe Royal Finance Minister Oluda (cost: 5 Platinum) If done after presenting the gift, this counts as another one of the festivities for the bonus as well. "

I've been bouncing off and on gw1 so much so ... slowly knocking out a title exclusive on my main. It burns me out. I'm so sick and tired of playing an assassin. I want to play something else but I feel like since the vanquisher and survival isn't completed on my assassin... I don't want to wait since I've already built that bridge to let me do it. Just need to cross that long long long bridge. IE 15 NF HM books for survivor and vanquishing Tyria which is more pain in the ass cuz I hate proph.
