Hello Sir, Currently, I am working on creating a profile band set for the "pipe pressure network" project by following the steps in your tutorial. However, when I add the "pipe data" band set, the result is that my profile band set does not display any information-it is completely blank. This is different from when I add the "profile" band set, which successfully displays the profile information. Recently, I learned that the issue might be because the "pipe data" band set's "datasource" has not been configured. However, when I attempt to set it, the information is blank, and no options appear in that column. Could you help me find a solution for this issue? Thank you

Thank you Eng. for sharing such a valuable resource. I'm however having trouble with scales. Could you kindly do a video on viewport scales. I don't understand why if I select a viewport on paper space, it gives me options for annotative scale, standard scale and custom scale? I only expected standard scale as this is what decides scale of the viewport. Also, what guides on what scale to use for a viewport? How do you settle on the scale you use say 1:500? Is the annotation scale I set in the model space has any effect when I'm printing? And do I to consider that scale while setting my viewport scale? Sometimes my texts becomes extra large when I'm on paper space and I suspect problems with annotation scale. Additionally, why do we have offset of the view frame from the first station? I've set my offset to zero and unfortunately I still have the offset. I'd want my view frame to start at the first station. I'll highly appreciate a video on this. Once again thank you for this amazing work.

The annotation scale will definitely affect your text sizes. As the name suggests, 'annotation' scale affects the texts, dimensions etc. Anything that pertains to written text. What informs a scale is how much you want to show in your drawing or how large something you're showing on viewport is. For example, if you're showing a 1.2km road, you'll probably fit that in a 1:2000 scale but if you're a longer road, say 1.8km, you'll probably need 1:2500 or 1:3000. When you have a bigger scale, it's like zooming out to see more. a smaller scale is like zooming in to see more detail.

Hi, i have a question on what happens when you a establish a watershed crossing that's near an intersection .....am i required to select all the roads leading to the intersection and convert them to component individually or focus on the road that has been crossed by the crossing.... your insight will be highly appreciated

you switch to the Planning and Analysis workspace then you import as GIS data
