It's a Chinese Hawk with Honda badges probably built by the same company... and check out the hideous welding on the frame in the close up shots. yeah you absolutely get what you pay for.

The red is weird, it looks normal on tape and In pictures - but in real life it's very orange-red....

Ah, the mysteries of color perception! Sometimes, certain hues can look different on screens versus in person. The XSR900's red might have that unique orange-red tint that stands out more in natural light. It's all part of the bike's charm!
