A CEO is based on merit and competency.

There are times that the CEO is elected based on popularity or family lineage and not always competency. Many times, members of the management team may have more operational and managerial experience than the CEO, but because the person is in the position of CEO, everyone has to defer to the CEO. It's the same way with a husband. Since he holds that position, he has the final say. That's why a lot of the Christian marriage counselors I follow, advise women to be cautious when choosing a husband and to check to be sure that the man is competent enough to hold the sensitive position of "husband" in their lives.

Exactly, and you are emphasizing my point. "Husband" is a position like a CEO that should be earned by the man that fits all the right qualities for a husband and not just any man. The reason why some women have issues submitting to their husbands is because in the first place, they chose men that were incompetent for the role of a husband. If they chose men that had the right qualities for being a husband, submission would come naturally and easily.

Feminism wasn't perfect but its exposure to the cesspools of antisocial media twisted its message into the blatant misandry that is so common in their message nowadays. I once had a girl explode into a rant about the patriarchy and misogyny (all the buzz words) purely for the crime of holding a door open after I walked through it, continued to hold the door for others most of who gave an audible thank you on their way past until she finally realised I wasn't going to stop and engage her in a verbal slanging match. Similar thing has also happened relating to race with the current mindset of very vocal black (usually) americans is they can't be racist because they're black but will do everything they can to tear down other races based on nothing more than that. To attack someone based on their gender or colour, simple things, is to diminish them and every time a you does that to someone else you lose a part of yourself until all that other people see is the hate inside. I've always felt that hate requires a lot more effort than people think because you have to remember what the person did and dedicate time to nurturing the blob of anger toward them. On the other hand forgiveness is often seen as for the benefit of the person who did you wrong but by forgiving you can then either forget them completely or let their memory fade and move forward with a clearer head.

Thank you for your comment. I've also heard of situations where people believe that holding the door for someone shows that the person thinks the other person is weaker. Whereas, it is a simple courtesy and can be done by men for women or even vice versa.

Exactly, when we come to the point where we see every human being as God sees them, a lot of arguments will no longer be necessary. Galatians 3:26-29 says [26] So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, [27] for all of you who were baptised into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. [28] There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [29] If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. This points to the fact that salvation is for all human beings and there shouldn't be any form of discrimination by race, gender or social status within the body of Christ, the Church.

I also believe that forgiveness is more of a benefit to the person that forgives (the offended person) than the person who was forgiven (the offender). I remember when I was dealing with unforgiveness for a long time and it was eating me up and draining me. The moment I chose to forgive, it didn't mean I forgot, but that every time I would remember, I would remind myself that I have forgiven the person. With time, I began to feel a lot lighter and brighter.
