Are there enough petrol pumps and hotels to stay on National and state highways. Or is it better to take a longer route from Kota towards mumbai and then pune

You would need to travel on state highway only once you reach Chandwad(Before Nashik). Then there is stretch of 90 kms of state highway which takes around 2 hours to cover. Except this portion, it's all NH and there are enough hotels and petrol pumps

From Pune to Nashik HIghway, you need to take right turn at Nandur Shingote. From here till Chandwad around 90 kms, it is state highway... Beech beech me roads are bad but you should able to cover it in 2 hours.. After that at Chandwad, take right turn on Mumbai Agra highway.. This highway is good and you would love driving on this till Indore.. However, there are speed breakers whereever it bypasses any city and also there are speed breakers in ghat section to control the speed..

Not exactly.. if you minus 150 from 585 it comes to 430.. which is not the case.. also tgis logic doesnt stant correct for small and very large batteries

It was around Rs 1500. But it depends on how much distance you travel on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. We strictly followed google map and some of the portion of Expressway is just under construction and officially not opened. So, toll collection was yet not started then.. So, it could be different now..

Perfect safe.. in case at any point you feel to stop driving in night, there are hotels available along the full stretch.. so, you can take rest and then restart your drive in morning...
