I quit drinking 30 years ago. Before that, I was a wine collector with a 6000 bottle cellar. Mostly California stuff, Jordan, BV, Mondavi, Kenwood, Heitz, Caymus, etc. I still remember buying my first case of Jordan 76. It was quite a nice wine. I was a huge fan and ended up buying 5 cases of every vintage until I quit. Jordan Cab was really nice stuff.

Can i use milk chocolate ( 35%cacao) to make truffle ??instead of dark chocolate
