The customs value you enter on Step 1 (when you're sending personal effects) is always the re-sale value of your goods, not the value that you purchased them for. We currently do not ship our boxes to the USA unfortunately, I would recommend you buy double walled cardboard boxes from any shipping store that can be found across the USA. Our labels & label holders can be posted to the USA, you can select this option on Step 4 of the booking process.

You can certainly use your own box! Just make sure it's a double walled box so it has adequate protection on the network.
