It’s hard to believe that pilots are complaining about this unit. Where else are you going to find an ADS-B in/ out transponder that also provides traffic, weather, terrain METARs, AIRMETs, SIGMETs, and NEXRAD displayed on a moving map showing ownship position. Additionally, if pilots are equipped with a Stormscope WX-500, they can also display lightning with the Lynx unit. Made in America, not china like Garmin. Cheap pilots reap what they sow.

Hello! I'm having issues updating the DB on my 750. I have the latest update installed successfully on the SD card from the Mac application, however, when I insert the SD into the 750 I do not get the "Update" screen shown at 3:34 in this video. Any suggestions?

This is a very good topic that nobody on KZbin has addressed but suffers from poor video quality which makes it useless to watch. Kindly please try to re-do the video and address if the VNAV function can be used for a descent during an approach on an ILS

If the video was eight seconds longer (...) you could have explained that the ILS frequency will be set automatically ... I think that's an important point, especially for the IFD440 where you don't see the set NAV frequency

This is not the ORIGINAL MEMPHIS BELLE it is a replica? The ORIGINAL "BELLE" is in the process of being restored and is housed at the Air Force museum in Dayton Ohio as of 2016!! It is supposed to be displayed there in 2018.

This stuff is cool. But once I found out it would be like buying my airplane again, it sort of killed the buzz.

Mine is back in the shop for Transponder Fail in less than 9 months. Between the software updates that they don't tell you about, and the lack of dealer knowledge, I'm not sure my $8,000 was spent well.

Fantastic. I would love to have heard the sound of those great P&W engines. I suppose with all the wind noise you it wouldn't record well

I recon it needs a stylus for the scratchpad function though.
