Love this one! I struggle to visualize and I still did not “see” people but I had a very peaceful feeling and caught glimpses of orange swirls that flapped like wings and was surrounded by purple. Maybe with more practice I can fully experience it! this is the only one that’s even gotten me that far. ❤

So i have this kind of experience and i wonder is there anyone have the same as me. Whenever i meditate, even i imagine white light or golden light got download to me, it will end up becoming purple, a streak of light travels around my body and my third eye. So today, when i do this meditation, there was another color, i think it was a spirit, cause i saw the purple one in the first place and the pink one come and joined. And i burst into tear immediately, i also cried for a while. I was thinking of my passed away sister before the pink light come but im not sure that was my sister. 🤔🤔🤔. Anyone experience the same thing?

Today I got to see my Grandmother. In a few day, she would have been one hundred years old, unfortunately she passed 21 years ago. We walked and just enjoyed each other’s company. She told me to be patient and not to try so hard. Thank you so much Aerin!!!

If you don't see it, that's perfectly fine. It's actually more important to feel it. Feel your energy and then feel it expanding.

I have a question. Would have asked in your group but posting has been paused. I have done two different mediations today. Both times when connecting to spirits it has caused me to tear up. I dont understand why this is happening. Can you help me with information. I am new to all of this now. Just getting started in mediumship.
