wonderful ... my husband is peruvian i am from the USA and he brought home these olives that I have not seen in the Usa. I now live in Peru with him. He asked me to prepare them and i did not know how neither how to find the recipe on the internet... but..I found you and am so happy.. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Yummy, Locro is an ancient Peruvian dish that is also one of the national dishes of Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Paraguay, Argentina and southern Colombia. It is delicious and very nutritious. Thanks for the recipe. 😊
