Christmas is so stressful to me. I feel so much pressure during this time. So much to do, so much money to spend, so much to cook. If my grandkids didn't live with me, I'm sure I wouldn't celebrate quite like I do now. I take down the tree and decorations on Christmas day! I want my life back to normal immediately. Merry Christmas

Yes seasonal depression is real for a lot of people especially when missing those who have transitioned to the other side. Christmas is my favorite holiday BUT I too can feel setback at times. Gift giving I'm so over that...I did not purchase not one toy for grand kids; only clothes. I give but not over the top. Can I just say you look amazing...I'm two years from hitting the 60 year mark and I'm okay with it...might as well be-LOL.

Great video and advice, as usual. I've been blessed to have been in a great relationship/marriage for 33 years. I feel like I've lost myself to motherhood at times LOL, but not the relationship. Thank you

Women need to trust their gut, their instincts more. I also think we try to make things work longer than we should even when we know its just not a good situation. Thanks!

Remember: worrying does not solve anything. God has not given us a spirit of fear. Stay strong.

Thank you for sharing! I love that you were able to find a job that works for you. I have to leave a toxic workplace, and I'm in my late 50s. Doing my best to hold on and praying I can find something better soon because it's really bad. Yes, I subscribed! 😊

My mental health would suffer greatly without my times of solitude. I truly need time away from everyone to get myself centered. You have inspired me to find what my limiting beliefs are. I need a simpler life but it's a bit difficult when raising grandchildren, one of which is autistic. But your videos are definitely encouraging to me. Thank you

I would tell myself to stop putting things off and to prepare more for the future, to take life more seriously, to realize that I don't need attention from men to feel good about myself, and to be more open-minded cause things in your life may change big time (and they did!). Your videos always get me thinking. LOL

I commend you for stopping, even though you weren't to the point of being an alcoholic. You could have eventually become one. You should be proud of yourself. You are a strong woman. Do you consider this to be a form of growth, as you discussed in a previous video?
