This video is very crucial and important especially for all those who are starting as a Coach and have entered the entrepreneurship phase. when I started my journey as a coach it was more consequential than a choice, so I have been in this "give up" demotivating phase several times ,and what really worked for me is some of my repeat clients who have found profound transformation,which reinforced my confidence in my work and made me realise, despite the challenges it's worth pursuing. I like the bathroom renovation analogy,very similar to farming vs hunting analogue you taught me before. Thank you for sharing this ,which feels like I am not alone.

Love that 👍🏻 It’s a message i often get clients to ponder and then with myself I question whether resistance to scaling is coming from the same smart philosophy or just resistance 😂

I love it too. Very genuine and refreshing:) And a breath of fresh air even considering quitting Instagram and fbook😅 I don’t get on them much myself at all but feel a constant ‘should post’ feeling as someone who advertises.

great information sharing your life experiences with business. thanks for being short/concise, not talking in circles trying to get the point across with a variety of long-winded stories

The biggest issue of Life coaching is the scope it operates under, especially the issues it addresses, which are more or less falling under the purview of Therapy and Counselling, and in places like the Eastern world ( spiritual gurus and religious teachers ) who have been playing this role of a life coach, it makes it all the more tricky, complex and confusing both for the clients and the coach.

I wrote a very lengthy response on Medium to a very similar article on Life Coaching, I was a bit taken aback by the comments section, which was full of harsh criticism for Life coaching, asking people to protect themselves from Life Coaches. My reply got me no response though, but I think I did my bit to the best of my capacity as a Life Coach.

I wondee maybe people will in future want to spend time organically, in nature doing sports etc and avoid tech addiction, so maybe creating some Paradise gardens in nature is better idea, people may spend weeked there, or coiaches amy taech them some sport etc. So maybe is better to earn a realistic money with realistic fantasy rather than sell "unrealistic fantasy"

Its frustrating, how can you explain I did your program and didn't get the result of your successes stories?
@vhugomendezurey4 ай бұрын
This certifications is like going to university, they teach you how to get a title however doesn't teach you how to make money with that knowledge…. I can relate with a lot of that stories. (im making money with coaching) however not like the majority that you see 10k/month easily…I don't know what's missing.
@alenaadamkova76174 ай бұрын
Maybe it should be about realistic expectations. Like yoga teachers have immediate results, person feels slim, calmer, happier, meets lot of people with same calm experience calming the mind, healling the sleep deprivation, thanks to exercises and calmer happier mind. or for example some surfing teacher probably has some results and feedback. Because the socialisation with people with some sport is itself an "service" for people. that people meet together enjoy some time. But saying someone you can get rich quickly, is realistic only for some people, not for everybody. Billionaires even dont know what to do with so much money.

Its interesting in cosmetic industry they show million happy customers and unknown faces of people with nice hair and skin. In get successful quickly and get rich quickly they show one or two ordinary people who made himself successful singers from talent show or rich businessman.

Thank you, Greg; this one resonated deeply with me, it is just like MY story Iam hearing back from you :) I've personally also felt umpteen number of times to quit coaching, having spent 15 years in corporate with a six-figure salary, but this work as a coach is a promise I made to myself seven years ago and have owed to make it a success, come what may!

So, I went through all the steps to download the mindmap you're offering... gave you my email, signed up for newsletter, signed up for that mindmeister account, and every option they gave failed to populate a working model. And no, I'm not talking about the Pro options...and why would I pay for a service that fails at every step?? They all failed to open in the new window. And this was the first video of yours I've ever seen.
