Don’t think my seat itself reclined as it was an emergency exit as well as the seat behind me being one too! But from what I’ve seen, the recline is pretty generous compared to other carriers!

awesome trip report! state of BA is questionable to say the least, water and a chocolate a 4+ hr flight is a sharp fall from grace for the "worlds favorite airline", even lufthansa does better. oh well, at least you got to heathrow on tim- oh nevermind

Plane came in late at Heathrow so QA added an extra leg to our journey to KL with another airline. 12 hours longer journey and our bags were missing at KL. We eventually received our bags 36 hours later but we had to buy new stuff in the interim. Both airlines blamed each other for the delayed baggage and so we were unable to claim. That was very poor, I thought, denying culpability when it was Qatar Airways that rebooked us with no input from us. I wouldn't do another connection unless unavoidable and I don't think that I would fly Qatar again. British Airways on the way back however were superb in switching our flight to an earlier day, hassle and cost free due to a bereavement that occurred in the UK while we were there.

I have a A350 100 flight from Doha economy, does seat 31 A have a screen ?, seat guru says all seats have a screen, however the row in front is a 2 seat row so there is legroom but no seat for a video, do u know if there is one in the arm rest, its 16 hrs to Auckland, a long time to look at the walls i guess. Thanks in advance.

I don’t see American utilising XLRs if they were to fly it. AA has a lot of traffic from LHR and using a 321 just won’t make sense. Norse is a decent option if on a budget

I have seen a couple of Turkish 777 business class reviews in the past month or so. Did you experience any coldness or indifference from the cabin crew?

Yes I’d say mostly the crew are always pretty cold and they don’t seem fully hospitable at all. I’ve heard stories such as hot tea being thrown on a pax and there being no apology, crew gossiping about a specific pax as well. All in all, TK crew are pretty average

Hi, really good video. I just wanted to ask if the '24 Q-suite' config would be usual to get? how far in advance did you book the flight, and did the aircraft change at any point since the time of booking? reason I'm asking is Av geeks like us would be able to choose the engine view without paying for preferred seats if the A350K was in the '24 Q-suite@ config as Economy class starts in the most forward cabin with business.

Well current fleet of Croatia Airlines is old. I flew on all of the current planes and while they lack of most modern interiors, they still serve well. What you say blant / propaganda, well each country do everything to promote tourism, so thats natural. Taking its A319 there is not much confort but you should fly on Dash Q-400 darn those planes are awful.

I’d agree! I think most European carriers are pretty good in terms of up-keeping their cabins. In terms of “propaganda” it was a joke. I find it odd that airlines advertise especially airlines such as Croatia as passengers onboard are mostly if not all having Croatia as their final destination. What would have been better is at least a consistent moving map or even some shows 🤷🏻♂️

Definitely not! I’m 6ft and I had a standard seat and had plenty of space. Save the money for a lounge or for souvenirs!

I’d definitely recommend trying out AeroLopa. Try and match the seatmap with one of the ones AeroLopa have. It shows the window placements and also where the engine/wing start and finish

cos its old, outdated, very few sitting areas. its kinda small and busy at times. most Middle Eastern and Chinese Airlines fly from t4. I used to work in t4. its really not good
