If the filmmaker had made this film in Seattle it may have changed his opinion of graffiti. We have the absolute worst graffiti in America. It is a total shit show. If you have any artistic talent some douchebag tagger will cover it up. And worse, there are some amazing murals that are created by truly gifted artists only to see them tagged by the most untalented assholes imaginable. They also tag trees, vehicles, fences on people’s homes, historical buildings. Nothing is sacred.
