I've got the same rig, suggestion for you..... the winch pulley upgrade, doubles your pull power and slows down the plow movement to make for a smoother lift when raising the blade. Totally worth it. How do those drift cutters work out when the blade hits something solid and folds down on the springs?

All that was showing on the surface was about 1 inch of the tip. It was in an area that it had to be removed no matter what the size was...

When I was looking to buy the property, you couldn't tell that there were any building, a tornado had gone through the area probably 5 years before I purchased the property, I couldn't even walk into it without crawling under and over All of the downed trees to see what the property even looked like. Like a city block square were just criss-crossed down trees. I literally crawled under and over downed trees and thick brush just to see what I was buying. 😊

It's all pretty much landlocked all the way around and only accessible through the frontage of the properties road.

When I first come off the road before I turn the corner to the right down the driveway with the GoPro looking straight into the woods there is a mile and a half Long lake about five blocks in. I'm pretty much on a plateau, once the video shows the end of the driveway looking at the small lake all the way around to the left about two more blocks or so there is another lake that is about a mile and a half long.

After the thought, I have bought a skeleton bucket so I can sift out all the good dirt and burn all of the undesirable roots in the burn pile. The thought was to scrape the topsoil off of the top of the hill removing about two feet to level the lot. But it would be nice to save all the topsoil and get rid of all the roots so the topsoil could be spread out after the lot is leveled to grow new grass.

I was in the back of my plow truck because there was a bear right in the woods where it started to go downhill. I had the sensors off on my phone so it didn't allow the microphone to work. Right when I got up to the top there was a big gasp of air a bear smelling the air . I was shaking my sleigh bells all the way down the driveway and it decided to wait until I was probably fifty feet away before it ran

Sorry for no sound, normally when the phone sensors are off it will show that you can't use the camera. Right before I got to the plow truck there was a large exhale from a bear in the tree line on the right hand side. Even though I was shaking the sleigh bells at still stayed all the way until I got right near it. I scared it off then for the least the next 10 or 15 minutes I can hear one of its Cubs Left behind calling for its mother.

Originally I was outside of the truck looking into the woods to the left of it, upon going back into the truck I noticed the grouse. I turned my phone on to access the camera and it kept coming closer, I started to drive forward a little bit to get a better angle of it with the camera phone and it kept walking more towards the front of the truck as to get in front of yet as to lure me away from where it was then it flew up across the driveway and the log piles and landed up in a tree about 20 feet into the woods on the opposite side of the driveway. They should not have chicks until there is about 50% of the snow gone, maybe it was just practicing? It was about 30 ft in front of my truck.

They pulled my skid steer seat out, the video that I didn't post after these ones showed my seat sitting up on the pine log. When we went out today to pull the camera cards I didn't notice the seat sitting up on the log which I think I would have. It may possibly have pulled it out into the woods. After these two videos the one after showed the skid steer seat sitting up on the log but no action from the bears. And it did not show them inside of the skid steer pulling it out. Time for a new camera?

As mentioned before there's a pond and when you were walking in to the property from the road after you turn the corner from the barbecue grill about 50 yards up on the right there is a pond. And also when you get to the end of the building site on the driveway down the hill there is a another building site to the right which is about 200 ft by 200 ft wide, and if you go a little more south to that building site there is a giant valley that goes down to the lake and if you go across that valley there is another billing site to the South which is about the same size 200 ft by 200 ft, and if you go a little bit farther to the South there is another site that you could fit three or four camping trailers in. And they all have a great view of the unnamed lake.

When this property was for sale there were only two lower lots that were showing as buildable. I walked the entire lot up to the upper property that is shown in the video and there were so many downed trees that you could only walk under them and over them if you have the ambition. Now shown in the video those have all been removed.

And as the camera turns away from the lake at the end of the video on the left hand side nothing has been pulled from there. It will probably be cleared about up to 50 yards and brush cut also. And going up about another 100 yards up the driveway towards the road there is a pond on the left hand side you cannot see it because of the brush is so thick that will also be cut down.

And facing the lake, all of the foliage will be removed to reveal the entire lake and entire valley to the left and the entire rally to the right. Which you could actually see if before all of the leaves bloomed on the trees. And going down the driveway from the road to the building site everything on the left hand side is DNR property. And everything north of the property where the driveway came in is also DNR property. And everything going from the road down the driveway to the building site on the left hand side has about 150 yards of DNR land before it hits a not so mushy lowland and if you continue about 400 yards there is a mile and a half long lake called duffney lake but you have to access it from the north part of the property and go straight East about 4 to 500 yards through the woods.

As you see the brush piles to the left and right, these piles are stacked 30 ft deep and will be removed eventually.

At the end of the video turning from the lake to the beginning of the driveway the property needs to be cleared about 150 yd back towards the beginning of the driveway. And where the property goes uphill is where the shop will be overlooking the lake, and the lower property overlooking the lake will be a future billing site for a house. And the shop at the upper level will still be able to have a view of the lake over the new house.
