Very nice shots! Are there certain requirements for drone flights in Portugal? For example, I heard that some coastal areas are either nature reserves or military security areas. Flying is prohibited there, I was told. I also heard that aerial photography in Portugal requires additional permission. So there are laws that affect flying. Anyone who wants to take aerial photos over land needs permission from an authority there. Anyone who wants to take aerial photos over water needs additional permission from another authority. Can you confirm this? Was it very time-consuming to find out about the laws in Portugal? And what penalties do you risk if you violate these laws? Perhaps you can provide information about this?

Rip your battery, its forever damaged now...
@danaiircreativeАй бұрын
@schweizerluchs7146 yea, I mentioned in the video it was a sacrifice battery dedicated for the test. However, the battery is still really healthy after running a cell count and voltage test 🙌

Nice vid, I want to buy this drone but what is the biggest battery where you can fly the longest with.
@danaiircreativeАй бұрын
Hey! So from what I have learned, the biggest battery for this drone without compromising the agility and adding too much weight is a 3300mah 6s. I currently am using this one: EAIaIQobChMIi97bmJ2jigMVdwKtBh2bqhZKEAQYAiABEgJM2_D_BwE It's a 95c rated lipo so you can push the quad a bit without abusing the battery. Though this drone should be more used for cinematic flying, unlike 5 inch drones which are more for freestyle.

@ thanks. What is the flight time with using this battery.
@danaiircreativeАй бұрын
@Wild-life-forlivinglife Depends how you fly it. I got about 5 -6 minutes flying about 50% agressivly and 50% just cruising. If you are just doing mountain lines and cruising, I cant see why you wont get 7-9 minutes out of it. I will be doing my next video on a long range test, just cruising.

You can use a 4000 mAh Li-ion 6s pack without problems instead of the 3300 mAh LiPo. Just be aware that you won’t be able to punch out the dron because you can’t get more than 45 Amps from a good Li-Ion cell. I built two 4000mAh packs from 217000 Molicels and BOB can lift them. Buy it’s just for cruising. No freestyle or crazy maneuvers.

Congratz Man. Great footage and edditing. Nive Job. I am trying to get courage to start flying my Avata 2 in Manual as well. Was it to hard?
@danaiircreative3 ай бұрын
@Erlont thanks so much for the comment :) It took a bit of practice on a simulator. I recommend the Liftoff FPV sim to learn controls. I then practiced out in an open field after a couple of weeks and then realized how to fly with wind. I find the Avata 2 Flys poorly in windy conditions. Had a few crashes but had my drone replaced through DJi refresh. My next step is to get a real fpv drone like the Nazgul F6.
