that basically modification of the template from Unreal Engine Marketplace, that template was created in 2020 for UE 4.2 and now is free

Yes indeed this is a modification of the Archviz Template made by Karl Detroit and is free to get in the UE5 library.

We can develop digital twins for any city, the 3D buildings are generated from Cesium (G-Earth). 3D building are not available directly for all cities however we can also develop 3D assets for the buildings. Which city are you interested in?

Pls help me solve one problem🙏🙏🙏 When I import from Twinmotion into UE5, assets come into Content Browser without assigned materials. And if I put them to the viewport or migrate to another UE5 project I must assigne materials again. What is the problem?
