Battery was about 700 with shipping Motor was 600 with shipping

Most difficult part was the wiring process of it’s not plug and play you need certain tools for safety reason like a soldering gun and make sure you wire it correctly I technically did it right but end up having a professional install the parts

Yea love the look way better I don’t like metal spokes lol and I’m working on it! just been looking at different hub motors and batteries to see what would be best and I’ll post as soon as possible

disagree, its the brake pads rubbing on the rotors most certainly. I have the same bike and they come poorly set from the factory. You might need to remove some of the washers on the bracket that holds the caliper causing the pads to sit at a funny angle and rub on the rotors.

Thanks man I love it so far! and the max I could get with this controller is 30mph . Now if this is a true 2000w I should be able to upgrade controller and go a lil faster

@DykeOnByke you can make it go 36 mph with current panel, just change settings and make sure you change tire from 20 inch to max available in settings...along with other settings to increase speed in current panel that came on bike

I went into the program max I could get was “34” on screen but actually 28 and 30 with pedal assist

The speedometer changes to 44mph but actually speed does not change it does however boost for a long period it seems like

@@DavidVonR Correct! This would be a long term investment for riders who want to travel on the freeway, also have enough power to get out of sticky traffic situations. These smaller E Bikes that go 40-50Mph are cheap and lack build quality compared to their more expensive counterpart.

I definitely could have and I was lacking that day smh the sad part is the owners didn’t even come get them. I rode pass later that day and they was still outside just walking around.

It definitely runs longer it really just depends on speed so if I max it out to 35-40 I would say 2 hours but if I’m under I can push it to five hours and I have so far

As long as the posted speed limit is under 55 seems to do pretty well… I highly recommend ungraded motor thoe…. I working on it this winter

If you just want something to get around the city it’s perfect but if you looking for speed then no…….. but I plan on upgrading this baby so it will be worth it in the end

@@DykeOnByke so only the bars that show after the throttle is released is good? will that eventually get really low bars too or does it just show full bars after you let go of the throttle no matter what. I'm considering with my upgrades to install a voltage reader so i can get a much accurate rating of what my battery is at. thanks for all the info!!!!!

From what I can tell once you hit a certain speed on the throttle you will see the bars go down and when you released they go back up the only real way to read the correct battery percentage is to go full throttle and hold it down and see how low the bars go

There are time when I rode at least 20 miles at 35mph it will start to flash but when I just gears and go like 20-25 mph it goes back up to at least half….. I wish the reader was better but the method works for now I think I want to upgrade to 8000k hub motor and controller thoe

@@DykeOnByke ok sweet, as least I can get a better idea of how much I got left. I can give you a heads up that you will not need to replace your motor as even though it claims to be 2000w I was told from someone on Reddit that these motors can actually handle up to 8000w just from the controller alone. The guy I talked to said he had a 12.000w controller in but that fried the motor. He says 8000w is the sweet spot. I plan on replacing my controller and battery at the same time as you could just replace the controller but would probably only get 8 miles from those lead acid battery's 😂😂. But the upgrade process won't begin till next year🏍

You only need a driver license it’s classified as a moped but it also depends on that state that you live in

I believe it's also as she said, it depends on the state. For me I'm in FL and I know we don't require insurance for motorcycles and or mopeds so make sure to check online with your states DMV

@@beelovely21 and I kind of lucked up the apartment I live n has an garage and the there just happen to be an outlet right in front of my parking spot but I do use an extension cord and an adapter

I have learned sometimes the speedometer is a bit wrong and sometimes it’s right not sure what’s up with that it can be off my 2-3 miles or so

Like a week later lol I was short on cash after that lol but you can do it same day…. They print the plate the same day and you get temp tags and a copy and registration gets mailed later
