I was overwhelmed with work and i was so stressed that i was mad all the time, now the universe has taught me a lesson and totally destroyed my anger since yesterday. But before this around july 8 i started to go through something that made me let go of someone in my life. And yes I'm still reeling from the roller coaster ride ...i don't think i handled everything well because i got mad a lot. But the decision to let someone go after ten years of holding on is the only positive thing i can see. But the process of letting that person go and the after Math is really painful 😢 , so when i heard you say healing .. yes i do need tremendous emotional healing 😢😢😢

i feel like i am making too many comment, but one more that I didn’t share: one more part of this I did not express because it was too techy for me. Re: Isis and “Claim our birthright” part of that claiming and “mission” has to do with our DNA, as we are receiving integrating and grounding these light codes. because of human body and DNA, it has a ripple effect on all of the galactics that share DNA, including DNA from galactics that were not part of then original blueprint, that was spliced in, like the “reptilians.”. There has been so much genetic tinkering with the human body. Its ok. it is having this synthesis affect - not overcoming the shadow or light wins over darkness, but integration and transformation. it is our birthright is we are in the bodies. incarnating into these bodies was important. many of us are not used to having this level of support that is available to is now. we are so focused on service and giving our energy out. we are so focused on earth and helping humanity, we do not see the bigger picture. or we see the body as a vessel or avatar, not really the power and impact of this metamorphosis process our bodies are going through. so i am guided to really let it sink in how huge and important what we are doing is let go of what is not important and trust and allow myself to receive all of support that is now available to us. and that can be as simple as stating I need to rest tonight when I sleep. I need the resources to pay this bill. I need support with my body in releasing, healing my sacral chakra so what Sarah and others focused on supporting the lightworkers, starseed etc. keep expressing and recommending is starting to sink in.

one last comment re: “The Human Being” coming from my inner childself that showed me this during a Quantum Hypnosis session (evolved from Delores Cannon’s QHHT method). Her message: especially for those that may be releasing a lot of trauma, experiencing pain and discomfort in the body, or struggling with “I do not belong or want to be here…” we talk about 2 stranded carbon based vs 12 stranded crystallize based bodies. what she showed me was what the real Human Being is meant to be as “God Source” original blueprint and intention. we are very sensitive - sensate. our perception and senses are far greater and more expansive. We are gentle and very loving, kind and humble. Yet we are extremely powerful. You cannot mess with us. We still can tap into what we perceive now as our inner childself - an innocence, lightness, humor, silliness, joy, play. As well as this deep ancient wisdom and knowing and maturity. Our creative capacities are beyond what most can even conceive at this point. we do not struggle with manifestation as it comes easily and we can trust what we create because everything is in alignment. the systems we live in is dead, it drains our energy. in the 5D world there is so much synergy, this regenerative flow of creative life force energy. the weight and stress, sickness, trauma, disconnect and limitations of this distorted false linear mind matrix system are gone. There is no polarity (service to self/service to others). service to self is service to others, service to others is service to self. there is synthesis and multidimensional consciousness. love, love, love, love. love is the creative life force energy we are and are immersed in. We are connected to nature as well as the cosmos. we do not need to seek answers as we have this direct connection to source and just know. home is within us and everywhere. we can teleport our actual bodies, not just our astral or light body anywhere within this multiverse. materialism is more fluid and malleable, including our bodies. it does not matter what we look like because people recognize us from our essence. You could have purple polkadot skin and 3 eyes and four legs and your friend walks by and says “Hi Fred.”. The next day you look more amphibious (fish like) and your friends walks by and says “hi Fred.”. Our human bodies are completely healed and restored and in their full regenerative capacity. no pain or discomfort, injury or sickness. There is a sense of “freedom” and “expansion.”. everything is soooo constricted and controlled in this matrix. We can constructively focus on ourselves and really start living in the now outside the time matrix, because we know everyone and everything is ok. We can freely and easily be and do what our souls and hearts call us to be and do. there is contentment is just being and experiencing sensually and energetically nature, other beings, etc. it is literally a beautiful paradise to experience and explore. An aspect of ourselves is ALREADY these 5D human beings. so you do not need to strive so much to become that version of yourself. it is more a process of decompressing, releasing density, trauma and distorted programming, getting out of the liner mind and grounding into the heart and body. And accessing and getting used to working with the intuitive creative mind functioning that enables us to access a far more expanded multidimensional world and universe and direct knowing from Source. as one lightworker, Karry K, put it, “we are walking each other home.” Those that are not ready to move into 5D and souls have decided not to go that path, will be in a supportive place where they can continue their healing and development. There is no “hell.”. Earth was “life interrupted.” There is no hierarchy as to whether people are ready for 5D or want to continue learning and developing. so my childself’s question is: “if the war was over, and the mission complete, what would you want to do, or how would you want your life to BE?”. While there is still work to be done, it can provide a guiding light, comfort and assurance. And we can begin to start finding simple ways to integrate that way of being and being in our doing into our lives now. when you look at the chaos in the world at present do not think (linear mind) we have to “fix” it all, taking the weight of the world on your shoulders and body. we not only have a right to be here. Earth is OUR planet, and our “garden of eden,” our “heaven made physically manifest on earth,” and our right to enjoy and steward. Earth belongs to Gaia/Mother Earth and Source/God. You cannot own a planet (living being) that is absurd. The real Human Being is an evolutionary synthesis of extraordinary beauty and power and ability and we have the innate right of birth to be able to experience ourselves and our bodies in that capacity. what we are doing - bringing more and more love light into our bodies and into physical manifestation can be extremely challenging given that we are doing this in this dense environment and with these bodies that have been traumatized, tinkered with, injured and taken the brunt of being in this density. coming out of the numbness and being more sensitive can feel like a curse, because we can also feel the suffering and density and discord on the planet. we can learn how to sense but not take on everything so much, or allow the energy to simple move through us and be our inner sacred witness without attachment. many people that are very empathic or psychic have learned these skills and share and teach others. Our bodies are going through massive metamorphosis, like a butterfly. compassion. gentleness. nurturance. those qualities help us to support our bodies. The body has an intelligence and life force. at this point, when we leave our body, it’s natural process is it is returned to the earth and in that sense changes form and regenerates and becomes part of the trees, soil, etc. our bodies are part of earth and we can access the power of this planet and nature to support us and our bodies through this challenging healing and metamorphosis process. the more we love and support our bodies, rather than reject or leave our bodies (life force energy in mental or astral zones, rather than in body/embodied), the more we can support this process. Our bodies are actually meant to be one of the most sophisticated, advanced, organic technologies ever designed and created. separate wanting to “leave the planet or body” from “wanting to leave the false mental matrix” that may help claiming our birthright to be here and become what we are meant to be. and that is coming from a 5 year old cosmic child-self.

This was the first year I didn’t have a difficult journey... Was still going through much clearing in previous years. Love you all Blessings bloom all around always

This was my first participation in a transmission. I wanted to recommend this group and Sarah. I am 61 yrs old. I was brutally assaulted in my 30s that lead me to trying many holistic healing methods, including traditional indigenous shamanic journeying and healing. I became a practitioner and teacher - bodyworker, massage therapist Usui Reiki Master. I grew up in Hawaii in Hawaiian and Asian cultures where the holistic and mystical is not so negated. I am very empathic and clairsentent. so i both have a lot of experience and am at an age where “back in the day” many of were floundering around trying to figure it all out. It must have taken an enormous amount of energy to be able to hold sacred space for us all, focus and channel those energies. for me, I felt her not just channeling, but really embodying the beings. It astonished me how she is able to embody and channel the beings and energy, track what is going on and communicate that, sense all of us, and bounce back and forth speaking light language and then translating it into english, as well as going through her own process. I could feel her own energy and emotion well up at times and then her focus to keep flowing with it and the meet the intensity. That takes a lot of skill and heart. I feel her as very feminine and humble and yet a real powerhouse. When sensing others presence I felt very supported and safe and it felt like coming home being able to work with others at this level of work. There were moments where the love and compassion was so beautiful I started crying. The synergy was amazing and really supported me, although totally exhausted as of late, to flow with it and really be able to engage. The cost to participate is really affordable. In the US, it is the cost of three vanilla lattes. When I think of the tens of thousands of dollars I spent trying to heal and then tens of thousands receiving my training… It amazes me how the next generations have been able to utilize technologies like zoom and figure out how to offer their gifts in a way that makes them accessible to so many globally, as well as affordable. This is really a depth of “shamanic” level healing and energy/service work. Having retired from my own practice, bringing that field of energy, work and people back into my life is very empowering, reassuring and transformative. so, thank you Sarah and everyone! My heart is so full of gratitude. much love and light to you all.
