Hi guys love your podcast u can go to sulky they have thread in 300 yds and 1500 yds in varigated I’m currently doing pandemic. And bought varigated in 1500 yds it is equivalent to dmc 2 strands. What I like is just taking it off spool and no separation

I think I am doing my small pieces for 12x12. Still undecided on 24 in 2024. I don't count stitches so I won't be joining any of those challenges. But will enjoy seeing the progress from all of you. 😊

Congrats on the one year! My tablet with my spreadsheet and pattern keeper crashed and died about the middle of June. So tried to recover what I could but i have no clue where i am on the 60,000 stitches now

Congratulations on your first year on flosstube! Hope you had a great Birthday Shelly. Mist your SAL, but maybe next year. I'm glad you're back in cross stitch Michael. And super fun that you are going to the GaRon retreat together. This year was my first retreat and I really enjoyed it. I was overwhelmed by everything I saw of cross stitch stuff and projects that everyone is stitching. You are going to have a great time. I hope to run into you together at a GaRon retreat in the future. Hopefully that won't take six years. 🤞🏻

Hey guys! I love how you’re all controlled chaos…I feel like if I did Flosstube, I’d be the same way 😂 I have lost my stitchy bug. Once because I was doing a training and told myself I wouldn’t stitch until I was finished. That was several months. On the day to day now, my stitching will sit next to me but sometimes I just don’t feel like it. It sits there until it calls to me again. I did have a small project that was block color…I got bored with it and had to move back to my confetti heavy HAED. That wasn’t a loss of the bug, but a need to have a different challenge. And some of us like your taste in music! Thanks for sharing! 🤘🏻

Enjoyed your video as always! As far as losing your stitchy bug, I agree wholeheartedly with your mom. It's okay not to stitch every day. Sometimes, for me, I just need to make myself commit to even 10 minutes. Once I sit down to do that 10 minutes, the next thing I know, it's 2 hours later! Also, watching flosstubers helps get me motivated to stitch!

Having seen your finish in person, it is stunning. It was a fabulous weekend and we had such a special, fun table. Maria may never be the same. You got me started on Lady Justice, as soon as Gary got it to me I started in. I also ordered the Zimmerman and that should be arriving soon, along with All Hallows Eve that Kathy was doing. It was an absolute pleasure spending the weekend with you and meeting you. Can’t wait for Alabama 2024. Karen

I do not backstitch more than 2 squares at a time. I can control the tension of the stitch better that way. I also do not let my stitching be separated from me when traveling either.

Hello friends! Finally got to sit down and watch this video. Glad you had a great retreat, Shelly. Next month is stitch con for you. Hopefully next year I can go back to stitch con. I love Ga-Ron. I enjoyed meeting them last year at stitch con last year. Our table was next to theirs.

When my brother was in high school in NY, they had a ski club and once aa week in the winter, they would travel to Greek Peak to ski. I was not a big skier in high school so I didn't go. Loved seeing your finishes, wips and haul. Glas Michael is ok.

It's a small world! I'm a 1973 graduate of Whiteland High School and now live on the south side of Indianapolis. Although we had high winds, I was 7 miles north of the tornado and didn't sustain any damage. Always enjoy seeing what you are working on and planning!

My wishlist keeps getting longer and longer! 😂 Shelly, unfortunately I won't see you at stitch con this year.. Hopefully, next year though. Will miss my SC Table 18 stitchers! Michael, Beauty and the Beast is coming along. Shelly, love seeing your wips. You can keep the snow up there. 😂 I don't do really large projects but how to do parking has always interested me. Shelly, have fun at your retreat. I am doing 2 this year close to home in Huntsville...one at the end of July and one in October. They are smaller retreats. Sometimes I do a center start and sometimes I do bottom right. Depends on the design and if there is a border, and how I am feeling.
