Man, that sounds sick, but also not ridiculous. Idle sounds badass, but in the video it seemed you couldn't really hear it until he got on it a bit. I basically have this same car. Bought it 2 months ago with only 82k miles. Already deleted and Malone stage 2 by the previous owner, but sadly he kept the stock muffler and what I assume is some sort of resonator as well. Other than some extra turbo whistle in the drive thru, it sounds like a quiet turd. I think I'll be straight piping first chance I get.

What extractor did you use? I bought one that looked exactly like yours in the video, Thorstone 200cc TFEP-02. But it locked up on me through out the extraction and pump process. I had to take it outside and mess with it to free up the pump often losing some oil in the process. Very annoying and messy. I got it done but what a pain! I rewatched your video and see you used the extractor with ease. No mussle power! My experience was so different. What did I do wrong? By the way, I did lube the seals after the first lock up. It didn't help. I've never used an extractor before so maybe I am missing something basic. Ha Ha. Anyway, thanks for the inspiring video. It made me do the job myself.

Anyway . Used to live off grid and these are awesome if not critical deadly temps involved.

But I can’t stand the factory turbo mount with it being towards the back and you have high temps on the rear two cylinders which I think comes from that reamount turbo so I got a Cheetah 64 to go with the sneed exaust manifold and only up grade besides lift pump and Iam not on a power trip so a 500 hp would be my max because Iam looking for longevity not a race truck, just a great sounding dullay !

Lots of vids on cold starts and people refuse plug in their truck on cold night because I guess it more cool to start the engine with oil that has the consistency of peanut butter. The cold starts are a deisel worst enemy, especially on the top end of the engine. I'd rather plug mine in and have the oil warmed up so it moves more quickly throughout the engine extending the life of the engine. I cant really judge what another man does to his truck but vid after vid of seeing cold starts with no block heater , I thought id at least ask if anyone has looked at oil after it's been out in 0 degrees all night ? Oil with alot of carbon in it at the end of your oil cycle before you change it is especially thick and will almost turn into a solid after a night of 0 degrees
