I have some traumatic events that keep haunting me until today and it was because of a woman . Unfortunately I am still suffering from it and have constant anxiety 24/7 . I had to study for long hours . One of the techniques that helped me to cope with anxiety was to slow down while I am studying . It helped me to focus but didn't solve the problem. I still have panic attacks . But I can study . Try it it's like the breathing technique that the dude is describing

I could never allow this for my child. I would want him to be fully intact when buried. So many documentaries, surgeons saying how the patient isn't fully anesthetised and shows signs of pain during this process. I would never take that risk.

I had a very sick wife that died 16 months ago she fought to beat her illness for 42 years before she lost the battle at 60 years old. So I have been around nurses for all of those 40 years and they are so special and dont get the respect they deserve. Bless them all.

When I was in college in 90's, in Japan, I bought Otis Redding's album (I think that was Sings Soul?), heavily rotated it. 30 years passed and now I live an hour away from Macon, GA for a cause related to Piedmont. I'll share the music and the story with my kids. Thank you for maintaining, and extending the legacy Ms. Redding-Andrews and whoever have been a part of the journey. R-e-s-p-e-c-t!

I suffered severe anxiety years ago. I could remember several years ago, I was diagnosed with OCD. Suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder.
