sounds great! I have a question: why use the tonex at the end of chain? You prove it in the effects loops?
@a11outwar3 ай бұрын
Because I dont like it through the fx loop. I use it like I would a pedalboard. All effects running into the front of the amps

Nice tone. Any hints about the signal path. Two ToneX's?
@a11outwar Жыл бұрын
Sure, first I’ll answer the dual ToneX question. Yes two ToneX, I played dual (real) amps forever, so I wanted the same with ToneX. I use all stereo effects ( worship guitarist) so the wide stereo image really helps. I’m using two different amp models To create a nice wide stereo image. Signal chain is. Wireless>comp(under board/ always on) >Emerson paramount drive ( always on) > deathly hallows (king of tone clone) 2 stage drive> RV-500 ( delay and verbs) > walrus R1 ( more verbs) stereo out left to ToneX 1, out right to ToneX 2 > walrus audio stereo canvas>FOH

Hey there, I guess I forgot to put that info in there. Signal chain is. 1: Protein Overdrive ( 2 different gain stages, individually selectable) 2: Walrus Audio Warhorn overdrive ( used as my 3rd gain stage for the highest gain leads. Usually stacked with the Protein overdrive for beautiful glassy lead tones) 3: Ampero Stomp II ( going out stereo ) 4: GFI Specular Tempus ( used for huge ambient reverbs, and washes. Stereo comes from the Ampero stomp II into this pedal, the stereo OUT of this pedal) 5: Pinstripe Pedals Diso+ ( stereo in from the Specular Tempus, converts the trs stereo signal into XLR OUT to go directly into the sound board. That’s this whole setup.
