I dont know what is going on with my body at the moment. I was all pain and aches and my blood pressure was very hight. I realised if I was taking AC then my blood pressure would decrease... Any idea what could be going on ? I do filter my water, too. But nothing seems to really work but activated charcoal

It sounds like Your body is responding to a toxin of some sort which is why the AC is working. You may want to look at toxic mold or lyme or another enviromental toxing

I just started taking AC that i ordered and the veg capsules are 400 mg. Im using it as a binder for the food grade DE im using for parasites. Ive had a couple of good bm’s, and dont feel crampy or anything, but is 400 mg ok when the directions say to take 4 capsules daily preferably with a meal? I take all four (1600 mg) at the same time, is that harmful or should i spread them throughout the day?

Sometimes people have to take smaller doses. And gradually increase it over time. It depends on your detox pathways. Because it can affect some people really strong more than others if you're sensitive.

I would like to put that in small marketing parcels and sell them in country and export it overseas. Greetings from the nation of Kambaramba villages, Sepik River in Papua New Guinea!

What dosage do you need to use for detoxing?
@naturallivingorganicfoodco4554
@naturallivingorganicfoodco4554 3 ай бұрын
It depends on alot of factors. if you are using it for detoxing and you're really sick and your detox pathways are blocked then you have to go low and slow. 1/4 -1/2tsp daily. if you are just doing normal maintenance a typical adult body can do 1-3 tsp daily.

It does whiten teeth for sure, but long term use can erode enamle so be smart. Don't use it once your teeth have gotten whiter. I use it about a couple of weeks a year. Also, it doesn't get teeth white-white, but it does lighten a few shades.
