You should give it a try if possible, I was surprised at how well it's running on my AMD setup. It's definitely not a stable 60, but by limiting my game to 40 fps it feels a lot more consistent. It only really drops to 30 under a heavy load (the same as it does at 60), but it varying between 30-40 felt a lot more enjoyable to play in my experience than losing half my FPS in some areas Vertex explosions and crashes aside, I've been enjoying my Bloodborne experience more through Shadps4 than I ever did with sony's shitty cloud streaming service

@@TheMadFelcher Good to know, I tried setting it up for the last couple of days but no luck. Grey screen, Green screen, Blue screen, all frickin colors of the rainbow except the splash screen of Bloodborne. No luck. I tried Fromsoftserve's grey screen fix, patches, everything. It just didnt seem to run. Maybe its got something to do with my pkg, or maybe it is due to the difference in our builds, as I use linux and built it from source. Guess I'll wait until it is a bit more polished.

@@rationalrama I just replied to this but the message isn't showing up, so my bad if it ends up coming through later I use linux too, I was able to get past the grey screen issue by using ngoquang2708's builds (Just google "ngoquang2708 shadps4" and click on the black screen issue or check the desc of my benchmarks, I think linking to it caused the comment to get held or smth) Also the RADV driver can't properly render it or something yet (missing geometry and effects), so I had to use the AMDGPU-PRO driver for shad. With those two things, it's running about as good as I remember it running on windows, maybe I'll take a more direct comparison later If it does end up being the package though, I'm sure my friend at DLPS wouldn't mind letting you borrow his ps4. I grabbed the GOTY from 1file since the rar wasn't segmented there, but I don't think it should matter.

Maybe there will be a patch or mod that will add a newer version of the upscaler, but gtx cards only have fsr1

RTX 30, 40 series and RX 60,70 runs in DX12, with that you get fsr3 or intel version options...older GPUs run it in DX11

@@RooneyTodd That's incorrect, DX12 is supported by all gtx 10 series. I don't know why SH2 is running on DX11 only for 10 series. There will be mods sooner than later, i'm playing Alan Wake 3 with FSR3 mod in a 1070 perfectly.

@@Chris-ko7ov I know 10 series supported DX12... but developers forced DX11 for old GPUs to get more performance, but you can force DX12 and put FSR 3 frame generation, look for tutorials...

you can enable it but opening the shortcut go to properties then put this after the name C:\Silent Hill 2\SHProto.exe" -dx12 it will show FSR 3 and Intel scaling too
