I have the same gun, but I find it a bit heavy, so I usually carry an SP-101 in .357 while in the woods. I carry a S&W Shield in 9mm where human predators are located. All your selection in firearms you named, I own and carry as well! Great choices and thank you for sharing even at 7 years later. I hope you and your family are well these days. Things have change in our country with Biden allowing terrorists into the country, so I will revisit my choices! God Bless!😊

Thank you for watching. This video was made sometime back but it all applies even more today. We are living in a crazy world, crazy times. Thank you for watching. I agree with you… my video was filmed in my office/gun vault. That room is a vault that is independently secured with an alarm, video camera and also the house has an ADT alarm that is connected to the sheriffs department. My house is also equipped with alarmed video surveillance all around the property. I work out of my house and if I travel, all my guns go in gun safes inside of the gun vault. I have taken quite a few measures to make sure it’s all kept safe. Did I mention the dogs? 🐶 thank you for watching. I appreciate your support, don’t forget to subscribe.

Your story is pretty much my story. Gout for years, and learned not to eat sugar. Went very low carb but figuring I could get away with a little of this and that... Flare ups came back. I learned and I KNEW not to eat carbs. Carbs also cause diabetes, heart disease and cancer. And more. My mom had most of these issues and she passed away on New Year's Day. That woke me up. I went full carnivore. Down from 172 lbs to 147 lbs. Not trying to lose weight, it's just a great side effect. No gout, feeling better and, my mood has improved as well. I've never had problems with depression or such but I was close to my mom. Her death clobbered me mentally and physically. I knew I had to get a grip. Been full carnivore since mid January. The benefits are numerous. I hope your video (and my corroborating testimony) helps someone.

Hi, thanks for telling your story. I was having gout attacks so bad I couldn't walk, or sleep and my foot would swell like a football. Started taking tart cherry, quercetin and went mostly keto and it's been 3 years since my last one. Cov id vaccine made mine flare really bad a day after I got first one. My foot was swollen, and I couldn't walk for 10 days. Stayed in bed and on steroids. Was crazy pain and swelling. Start to wonder if it really was gout or vaccine reaction. Anyway, that was my last gout so far since being off sugar and most carbs. Also, do you worry about the PFAs from the plastic water bottles? Seems like everything is bad for us these days. When we think we are being healthy, boon, a new report comes out of something bad we have been eating or drinking.
@FerreiraHomestead
@FerreiraHomestead Ай бұрын
Hello and thank you for watching. Fructose, high carb, highly processed foods, sugar are the most problematic foods. I was gout free on the keto diet after almost a year on it, but keto in my case is to easy to fall off... The Covid vaccines caused a lot of problems and I have known people who had gout flares from them. That was one of the many reasons I avoided and never got the Covid vaccine! I do worry about the PFAs from plastic bottles, but unfortunately sometimes you are kind of stuck having to choose between two evils... where I live, Indiana, the public water in my area is very questionable and heavily treated to make it safe to drink... so I only drink bottled water. Cook and make coffee with bottled water. Unfortunately it is cost prohibitive for me to buy water in glass bottles and I have no other option. We can only do so much. There is plastic everywhere and in other food products. Thank you for watching.. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Helps out the channel.

Hi Fiererra (Maybe that is your surname), Anyway.... Thankyou so much. That was so informative. I have been on the carnivore diet for 2 weeks and I am feeling great (all sugar cravings gone) and Keto for 6 weeks before that. I have been on and off keto for 20 years. Your video of your experience helped me clarify gout and while I don't have it, it is informing me on the other benefits of carnivore eating so I can help others I come across. I learnt others things too about carnivore I didn't know, that you shared. Do you grow or hunt your own meat? I am considering growing my own cattle and sheep. All the best Marilyn from Australia.

Don't let the bubbly burnt water come out at the end. The puck has done it's job by this stage, now water go fast through cracks in the already extracted and burnt coffee. Take it off and pour the coffee before that happens. Stream should be thick and slow all the way, otherwise beans are not fresh, not enough coffee or grind is too coarse.

I’ve been carnivore five years. When I started my foot pain went down. Now it’s returning with a vengeance especially after bacon and processed meats. My uric acid is 7.7. High. So I cut out processed meats and scallops. I love red meat but I’m eating more chicken (ugh) and fresh pork. It’s helping a little. I’m considering a small amount of celery juice and 1/2 oz of tart cherry juice. I have intersticial cystitis so I cannot do lemons or more than a half ounce of cherry juice, even if I tolerated the carbs which I don’t.
