Thanks NN! Pro-Tip: It can be difficult to do the slide properly when you have those nice grippy new balance shoes on that wall. If you struggle with too much grip, it works for me if you put more pressure on your hands and hug the wall closer, keep, then less pressure is on your feet, and less surface areas of your feet are on the wall. And in turn, you will be less likely to hurt your calf, achilles, if your sole grips too much or ankle on your back slide!
