I have been videotaping weddings for many years now, one of the original pioneers I guess. Just bought a Phantom Vision and looking to market it, but I don't really have a clue where to start. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The easiest for you might be to make it an add-on to any video taping quotes you make. In fact, maybe include it for free for the first couple shoots you do until you have a well thought out plan you can offer your customers. (Of course you'd have to have another person if you're going to do your usual video taping, plus the aerials). Real estate is also an easy way to enter into aerial photography. Find some homes for sale in your area and offer them a package. It helps that you already have a head start in terms of a business, and experience video taping, and editing. Good luck! Nice and smooth man! Great shots. I have a partner moving to my town, and we're getting an s800 and a GH4 in a couple months or so and see what kind of damage we can do. We're also thinking about the S1000, but if the s800 Evo can lift the GH4/Zenmuse, the S1000 would probably be overkill - unless it could lift a Red Scarlet or something.

Oh that explains it. I forgot you are flying an s800 - larger hexa. For a moment I thought you might fly through the window or at least the door at the facade at 3:21 Though the window would be hard even with a small quad. My XP2 can fly an NEX-5r with a gimbal supposedly. I'll be getting the gimbal to see how smooth it is. I still want an s800 though for larger cameras.

Oh, Chad, I was planning on flying through the M shaped hedges. But there were a few probs... first that the width was just barely wide enough for the 800+blades, second, there were people walking there, and lastly there were wires strung up in a few of them. :(

Hey Chad. Thanks! It was shot on the 16mm but on a 5R. I've toyed with going with the Sigma lens, or the Zeise 24mm. Have fun with your new NEX setup!

Wow! Some great shots here VV! Very nice work. I was hoping you would fly through those M shaped hedges at the end f the video.Is this all with the 16mm pancake lens on the NEX-5n? I just bought an NEX-5r with a Sigma 19mm prime that is supposed to be sharper. I need to wait for my NEX gimbal from XProHeli before I can test it all out though.

oh my goodness! so clean what a great video! i love the shots on the green showing organizing of people to be in the wedding pictures and the little boy chasing the hex lol just wonderful! only a handful of people can produce such quality thanks for sharing!
