Its not 2 phases, its 2 legs of 120V, on one phase. Phases are completely different things that are 100x more complicated.

Sounds like you have a feature called set relocation turned on for that station at 13:48. It allows for the phone to keep it's number when moving around the "office", or in you case you're home. It's set to the specific phone hardware. So it will always move until you tell the system to not do that. I hope that helps you out.

You should interconnect the fire alarm system and the intercom system so when the fire alarm goes off the intercom would play a tone
