I made a frost icing 100-120 g soft butter 1/2 tblspoon lemon juice I cup of icing sugar This recipe is a few ingredients but a lot of flavour This is my go to lemon cake Thanks Neha, I will try your other recipes ❤❤❤ I didn't have a beater all done by whisking until butter and sugar are pale white and eggs are mixed in thoroughly Give it a go guys, you won't regret it ..yumm

Am I the only one disappointed in other people's cakes? I paid a pastry chef $45 for a pound cake that was dry as dust. Then I tried a few other places for slices of cake. I tried this recipe, guys. Believe me, this is the best recipe of lemon cake ever. I bake often, and I was surprised with this recipe. In the middle of the recipe, the process seems very ridiculous 😅 after putting the lemon juice. The texture changes completely it's look like curds. It's very funny to realise, but please follow the steps. Very important . Yummy cake and the flavor of lemon are present. In the end, I make a syrup with lemon juice and some slide of lemon 🍋 then I put it on the top of the cake . So delicious ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I will write the recipe in the notebook.
