I’m day 1 post-hip arthroscopy for a labral tear and the pain is a fraction compared to the last 2 weeks prior surgery. The labrum was shredded and removed. The surgeon did the micro-fracture technique instead. I had a lot of pain in my knee- distal femur at the end of the day. No more knee pain!
